HBE2023 Process, Policy, and Requirements
OVERVIEW
Thank You for expressing your interest in the attendance at HBE2023. Following HBE2023 goals and mission, we aim to keep our event secure, efficient, and productive for our participants, so we limit our attendance list to 2,000 people. We created a registration process that helps us qualify attendees and create a progress-nourishing environment. Please, read the Process, Policy, and Requirements to attend HBE2023.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Our Registration process has 3 steps. First, You have to submit the Application Form. The review process will take a few days. After the review, we will send you the link with the payment options. After the payment confirmation, You will get the invitation pass, address, and directions to attend HBE2023.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
We are looking forward to welcoming attendees to HBE2023. Registration is open starting from December 15, 2022, and the last applications will be accepted 2 weeks before the event.
To become a speaker, You need to complete the speaker application form before March 1, 2023 and submit an abstract with a recently made photo. We intend to keep our speakers’ list open in case of unpredictable occasions.
To become an exhibitor, please, complete the exhibitor application form before March 1, 2023. The floor plan and placement opportunities will be available for you after registration.
Travel & Visa
Please, note we are not providing hotel reservation services or visas for the travel. Please, contact the US Embassy Consular Section to determine visa requirements and processing time. If you need a Letter of Invitation, please, contact us at admin@3hbrain.com with the request.
Health & Safety
Following the national and international public health guidance, we strongly recommend all of those planning to attend HBE2023 be fully vaccinated. HBE2023 expects all in-person attendees to assess and implement for themselves all local, national, and international safety protocols to ensure the most productive and healthiest in-person meeting.

HBE2023 implemented 4 categories of registration: General Admission, Speakers, Exhibitors, Partnership Network Members. Within each category we have subcategories to be sure all the needs are met.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If for some reason you need to cancel the registration, please, submit the request via official contact form.
Please, note, following the common practices of the events management, the registration fees are not refundable.
REGISTRATION RESOURCE CENTER
You can initiate the registration process on EventBrite, MeetUp, and Social Media. But still, You need to get approval and the final invitation pass via the official website.
